Terms of Agreement

This agreement governs your purchase and use of the Mastering Matrimony program and materials (“Program”), operated by The Marriage Degree (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Eligibility & Single-User License
You must be 18 years or older to access the Program. Your purchase grants a non-transferable, single-user license for individual use only. Sharing content, login credentials, or downloadable materials with others is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property Protection
All Program materials—including questions, exercises, worksheets, course content, and related resources—are the exclusive intellectual property of The Marriage Degree. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

3. Educational Use & AI Disclaimer
The Program provides educational materials intended for self-guided reflection and relationship preparation. You acknowledge:

  • We do not collect, store, or access your completed answers or personal information.

  • Any use of third-party AI tools to analyze or process your Program materials is entirely at your discretion and risk.

  • We are not affiliated with, responsible for, or liable for the outputs, suggestions, or performance of external AI platforms you may choose to use.

  • No part of this Program constitutes professional legal, medical, therapeutic, or financial advice.

4. Data Privacy & External Platforms
Because Program materials are downloaded to your personal device, The Marriage Degree does not receive, access, or control your responses. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your data and evaluating the privacy practices of any third-party services, including AI platforms, you may engage.

5. Payment Terms & 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy
We offer a one-time, 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • To qualify for a refund, you must submit a written request within 7 calendar days of purchase to: [email protected]

  • You must provide proof of participation by completing the first chapter of the Program. Incomplete, blank, or insincere submissions do not qualify.

  • Once eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • After 7 days, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted for any reason, including dissatisfaction with content, relationship outcomes, or external AI use.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program or third-party platforms.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Marriage Degree from claims related to your use of the Program, your interpretation of Program content, or your engagement with external AI tools.

7. No Commercial or Competitive Use
You may not use Program content to create, enhance, or market competing courses, relationship tools, or AI systems.

8. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to update Program content, features, or terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We may revoke access for violations of these terms without refund.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree that any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from your use of the Program will be exclusively resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
